How Requests Are Handled
Include the machine make, model, and control software, the last calibration date if known, and whether service is needed on-site or ship-in. Scheduling follows once a written quotation has been reviewed and accepted. Unscheduled arrivals delay booking instead of speeding it, so equipment should not ship ahead of an accepted quotation.

A general question is answered directly. A request that needs costing goes to the quotation desk and is returned in writing. The request a quote page lists what to include — send that much and the first reply is the quotation itself.
What to Include
The form above routes to the desk that handles incoming requests. A written request carries its own detail, which is why it is turned around faster than a phone conversation. Where the message concerns work already under way, quote the reference number with it.
Have an item to price?
Send the item, the measurement points, the tolerances and the turnaround needed; the quotation follows in writing.
